As an Aviation Electronics Technician (AT3), our founder was responsible for complex navigation (TACAN) and identification (IFF) systems aboard naval aircraft. In an environment where there is zero margin for error, he learned the values of meticulous discipline, proactive maintenance, and the unwavering focus required to ensure mission success. This experience is the bedrock of our company's ethos.

After his military service, these skills were honed in the fast-paced world of commercial telecommunications. Working for major carriers like Sprint PCS, he gained invaluable experience engineering and maintaining the carrier-grade wireless infrastructure that businesses rely on every day. This period solidified his expertise in advanced RF analysis and high-performance network design.

The journey continued into another of today's most demanding fields: healthcare technology. As an Ultrasound Service Engineer for Siemens Medical Solutions, he worked on the front lines, installing, servicing, and networking sophisticated medical imaging systems. This role provided deep, hands-on expertise with clinical workflows, DICOM protocols, and the stringent security requirements of HIPAA for protecting sensitive patient data.
